Service Description

If you need to move your hot tub to another position in your garden, then this is the service you require. Usually, this is a helpful service for customers who are having work carried out at their property and require temporary re-positioning of the hot tub, or for customers who have created a new area in their garden for the hot tub. During the visit, we will safely disconnect the spa (if required) and leave the electric supply safe. We ask for the spa to be empty on arrival (unless otherwise discussed). We will then proceed to remove the cover-lifter/cover and stand the hot tub on its side in most cases, on our skid, ready to move it. We use a selection of kit from skid, to trolley, to rollers and depending on how rough the move is, we will decide whether to wrap the spa if required. A re-position allows up to 60 minutes for 2 engineers time on site and includes travel to and from your location (subject to normal coverage areas). 60 minutes allows good time most circumstances, but a few examples of issues which may extend time on site could be poor access to the hot tub/spa, a full hot tub which requires draining or obstructions on site. We believe in a fair approach, so you wont find us attending site with a stop-watch, but should we find ourselves on site for hours at a time, then the additional labour charge will apply which is £120.00 p/hour. When you book this service online, we need to confirm the booking due to more than one person being required, and should we feel we need additional information. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-schedule we require 24 hours notice prior to the booked visit.
