Service Description

If you are wanting a detailed inspection of your hot tub or swim spa, without the deep clean or system flush, then this is the service you require. During this visit, we will locate, inspect and test your operating and feature parts, such as Jet Pumps, Circ Pump, Blower, Heater and PCB, Audio System, A/V Valves and Diverters. We will meter your power pulls and test your incoming power supply. We will also clean your filters, test and balance the water and give the topside of the spa a clean-over. A Mini Service visit allows up to 90 minutes of our engineers time on site and includes travel to and from your location (subject to normal coverage areas). 90 minutes allows good time to carry out the service, but poor access to the hot tub/spa or arriving to the hot tub empty, when it needs to be full, could prevent stages of the service. If you are a service plan customer, then this service is reduced by 10%. Cancellation Policy
