Service Description

If you want to identify methods of reducing your running costs, then this is the service you require. Due to the nature of hot tubs and swim spas, running costs can become very expensive in keeping them ready to use 365 days a year, especially with the recent hike in electricity prices. During this visit, we will test current power pulls and simulate conditions, to better identify where we may be able to change settings and modes, resulting in lower power pulls, when using the spa. We will also inspect insulation methods and identify how this can be improved, if at all, and inspect the current cover you on your hot tub/swim spa. Finally, we will use our thermal imaging camera to visually see heat loss areas which can be improved. We will follow up with a report on advised improvements, specifically tailored to you. This visit allows up to 60 minutes of our engineers time on site and includes travel to and from your location (subject to normal coverage areas). If you are on a service plan, then this service is reduced by £25.00.
