Service Description

If you are experiencing problems with your hot tub or swim spa, then this is the service you require. This can be anything from a leak, tripping electrics, faulty pump, heating failure and much more. We carry common kit on-board to get over common problems, but we also work with a network of trade suppliers with next day delivery options to get you back up and running in quick time, in most cases. During this visit, we will aim to source the issue and sort it accordingly. If the problem requires parts which we have on board, then we will need permission to proceed (time allowing) after informing you of additional costs. Should we not be able to proceed on the day, subject to needing parts or for any other reason, you will receive a quote for action to resolve the issue in the following 24 hours typically. A call out visit allows up to 60 minutes of our engineers time on site and includes travel to and from your location (subject to normal coverage areas). 60 minutes allows good time to help identify most issues, but a few examples of issues which may extend time on site could be poor access to the hot tub/spa, arriving to the hot tub empty when it needs to be full and full foam insulated hot tubs, when looking for leaks specifically. We believe in a fair approach, so you wont find us attending site with a stop-watch, but should we find ourselves on site for hours at a time, then the additional labour charge will apply which is £60.00 p/hour. If you are a service plan customer, then this service is reduced by £25.00.
